CR Asset Management have market experience across the whole of the UK, providing a consolidated overview of industrial and warehouse markets. Whilst approximately 80% of assets are industrial, we also Asset Manage a Portfolio of offices, focusing primarily on multi leased buildings.
Our team of 14 professionals provide a depth of resource to service instructions across the UK, with our own market knowledge supplemented by access to a broad range of Industrial Agents that service the portfolio void. As such we are able to identify broader market trends rather than being focused purely on local market movements.

Asset Management Team
We Asset Manage over £1.8bn of Real Estate across the UK. We take an income-driven approach to the management of assets, with close occupier liaison being critical to the process. Our focus is on maximising rental returns and strengthening underlying income rather than simply managing by process

- Preparation of Business Plan and Capital Expenditure Budgets in conjunction with the Fund/Asset Manager.
- Development of marketing strategies for sales/lettings and liaison with appointed agents.
- Management of appointed sales/letting agents to secure transactions through to completion.
- Advising in respect of repair/refurbishment and dilapidations strategies in liaison with Building Surveyors.
- Proactive implementation of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructurings in liaison with best-in-class professionals.
- Advice on strategy for individual unit, estate level and portfolio disposals to maximise returns.
Rupert JeffriesMRICS
Rupert joined Collingwood Rigby in 1999 and is joint Managing Partner, responsible for leading and growing the business. He has over 35 years of commercial property Asset Management experience primarily in the multi-let industrial and office sectors. On a day to day basis Rupert enjoys working with a number of high profile institutional funds and property company clients throughout the UK.
In his spare time Rupert is an avid collector of classic cars and has recently entered the world of collecting ‘modern classic’ motorbikes much to the disdain of his family and friends! Sanity is generally maintained by a beer and by regular walks with his 3 faithful hounds
Jeff MossMRICS
Jeff is joint Managing Partner of the business and has over 30 years of Asset Management experience with his expertise primarily in the multi-let industrial and office sectors.
Jeff provides Asset Management advice to property companies, institutional investors and family offices.
Outside of the business Jeff’s interests include driving (Modern Wheels not Classic Steals!), walking and cooking, when not repairing his children’s cars.
Andrew WoodMRICS
Andrew Wood has over 30 years property experience in Asset Management and investment roles. He is a partner in the Asset Management team, having joined Collingwood Rigby in 2006.
Andrew provides advice to Institutional and Property Company clients, on multi-let industrial and office portfolios nationwide.
In his free time, Andrew divides his time between his family, F1 and West Ham United. He has been seen jogging at the weekends, albeit slowly.
David BurnsMRICS
David has a background in UK agency and client-side corporate international asset management. Since joining Collingwood Rigby in 2006 he has dealt with a UK wide portfolio of commercial properties for institutional clients specialising in the Asset Management of multi-let industrial property in the Midlands and North West.
David can usually be found fixing old Land Rovers at weekends. When they’re repaired, and he’s not competing in off-road trials, he enjoys a glass of red wine, exploring the great outdoors and winter sports.
Robbie MackenzieMRICS
Asset Management Partner responsible for a portfolio of multi-let industrial and office assets throughout the UK for a range of clients. Robbie has over 19 years asset management experience across a variety of sectors and previously worked for SEGRO Plc.
Outside of work Robbie is kept very busy with his three young children, but at weekends his time is spent with his favourite people, watching various levels of football and he has recently taken up learning the guitar again (after a 28-year hiatus).
Rob HealdBSc (Hons) MRICS
Rob is an experienced asset manager having worked on a wide range of asset classes, including retail, shopping centres, office buildings, business parks, and now specialising in multi-let industrial estates. He has represented significant institutional investors as well as private property owners.
Rob appreciates sports outside of work especially watching Birmingham City FC, or other live events. Rob also says he “enjoys” his ongoing DIY and gardening projects. He appears to be making some progress with the latter; perhaps not so much with the former!
James AdneyBSc (Hons) MRICS
James is an Associate Partner within our Asset Management team, specialising in the multi-let industrial and office sectors providing advice to institutional investors.
Outside of the office James admits he has too many hobbies going on; a keen runner, cyclist, gym goer, home brewer and petrol head who enjoys sailing…. although most of his time is taken up with DIY!
Sue Moss
Sue provides support to the professional team managing office systems and Partnership finances. Sue enjoys walking, swimming and sky diving.

Callum WingMRICS
Callum joined Collingwood Rigby in March 2017 after four years at Colliers International where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014, whilst working for the Automotive & Roadside and Capital Markets departments. Callum works within the investment agency team providing advice on acquisitions and disposals for institutions, developers, property companies and private investor clients on a UK wide basis.
Away from the office Callum will likely be found on the golf course.
Anthony CollingwoodMRICS
Anthony is one of the founding Partners of Collingwood Rigby and has been instrumental in the growth of the business since 1994.
Anthony now acts as a consultant to the business providing strategic advice to Investment clients.

- Negotiate lease renewals (inside or outside of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954).
- Search and negotiate lease restructuring opportunities within the managed portfolio.
- Negotiate rent reviews.
- Advise in connection with all lease terms including break clauses and assignments/sub-lettings.
- Act as an Expert witness and Advocate in third party rent review disputes and also handle lease renewal Court referrals.
- Assist with mitigating business rates liabilities.
Simon PitchfordMRICS ACIArb
Simon heads up the lease advisory team and has nearly 30 years experience in providing advice to institutional funds, property companies, high net worth individuals, private investors, owners and occupiers alike. His experience is across all sectors but over the last 20+ years, focusing primarily on the multi-let industrial and office sectors.
Some of Simon’s instructions have proved nearly as troublesome as his time spent at York Hall, Bethnal Green in a previous lifetime Boxing, but thankfully still largely met with the same winning result. Simon is currently living the life of a monk (but sadly has never had a Ferrari to sell!), heavily involved with fitness racing and a diet of flat whites with oat milk!
Harvey StubbsMRICS
Harvey is a Partner in the Landlord and Tenant team undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures. Harvey has extensive Landlord and Tenant, Management and Valuation experience in all sectors.
Outside the office Harvey’s interests include basketball, antiques, coffee roasting and making the perfect Napoli pizza.
Brad FaulksB Bus (Hons) MRICS
Brad has a diverse range of property expertise and experience and has worked for a range of private practices and in client-side roles before joining Collingwood Rigby in 2022. He has worked with a range of private and institutional investors and developers in both the UK and Australia over the past 20 years.
Brad is an avid Aussie Rules Football fan and a cycling enthusiast; when he isn’t out on his bike, he is usually enjoying watching his two boys play football or cricket and spending quality time with his family.
Chris BehanBSc (Hons) MSc MRICS
Chris joined Collingwood Rigby in 2018 as an Associate Partner in the landlord and tenant team and has over 30 years commercial property experience. He now specialises in rent reviews and lease renewals for our multi-let industrial and office property clients, seeking to add value and to support our wider asset management functions.
Chris follows the efforts of West Bromwich Albion and enjoys exploring the British canal system in search of a good beer.
Lauren JohnsMSc MRICS
Lauren is a Senior Surveyor in the Lease Advisory Team with previous experience at Workman and CBRE, working on a variety of asset classes including industrial estates, offices, retail parks and high street retail. She now specialises in lease renewals, rent reviews & lease restructures, providing advice to institutional funds on their multi-let industrial and office properties.
In her spare time, Lauren can be found running around a tennis court where she competes for her local club, she also enjoys a pilates class to relax!
Will HollidayBSc MRICS
Will has 40 years of property experience and for the last 34 years has been specialising in the field of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring. For many years he was on the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts appointed to resolve rent review and lease renewal disputes.
Advising a variety of clients including funds, property companies, private individuals and corporate occupiers, Will is experienced across many sectors but particularly in the industrial and warehousing markets.
In his spare time, if not dog walking, he plays walking football (for those of a certain age), and basketball and reluctantly goes to the gym when he is told to.
